Paralegal

The team

As a Paralegal, you will be fully integrated into the legal team, reporting to the Legal Director and collaborating directly with all of the studio's teams, including the Development, Marketing, Talent&Culture and IT teams.

Your activity will be very diversified, both in the nature of the tasks (drafting of contracts, organization of legal documentation, management of the contract management tool, training, etc.) and in the legal fields covered (Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Commercial Law, Labor Law, etc.).

What you will do

  • Draft and review a wide variety of contracts such as: confidentiality agreements, service contracts and service orders, release forms and copyright assignments, amendments, formal notices;
  • Review online contracts and terms;
  • Participate in the validation of game content and follow up on recommendations;
  • Contribute to the management and optimization of the contract management tool, enter and verify data, organize and update information and tools;
  • Manage the signing and archiving of contracts and requests;
  • Collaborate in the drafting of guidelines and provide training to the teams;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal department processes;
  • Any other related tasks and provide support to the legal department.

What you bring

  • Approximately 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Initiative and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent spoken and written French. Fluency in English as the vast majority of contracts are in English;
  • Great organizational skills;
  • Flexibility and team spirit.

  • Knowledge of intellectual property rights or passion for video games.
