Associate Producer

Production

• Create and operate the production strategy at the milestone scale to achieve the objectives in time and quality;
• Create and update a coherent and realistic milestone schedule;
• Proactively monitor progress: identify and resolve blockers; identify and mitigate risks;
• Give the producer a clear view of the roadmap, progress, challenges, and solutions put in place to achieve the objectives.

Pipelines and processes

• Create, implement, and constantly improve pipelines and processes to ship regularly, at quality, and in a sustainable way for the team;
• Create and set up the pipelines and production processes within the milestone, taking into account, in particular, the constraints of a live ops context;
• Communicate processes clearly to the team and ensure they are followed;
• Provide feedback on pipelines and processes to improve delivery quality and efficiency;
• Manage monitoring and coordination with internal studio partners (tech, marketing), internal group (customer service, legal) or external, as needed (contractors).

Management

• Keep the team mobilized on the objectives, the important steps as well as on the quality.

Required experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma relevant to the position is required and/or equivalent experience;
• At least 4 years experience in the video game industry as an associate project manager.

Technical skills

• Experience in planning and project management, auditing and fixing production processes & pipelines;
• Experience in problem resolution, conflict management, and change management;
• Experience in producing and managing feature and content delivery roadmaps;
• Ability to lead, mobilize and influence a team to achieve the desired quality and performance;
• Experience with JIRA - Advanced filters, dashboards creation;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and complex formulas - an asset.
